We've been running from place to place, twisting balloons, playing Games, doing Magic shows and painting faces and arms, and have had really great feedback and response from clients the past few days!

We hope all the kids enjoyed their Childrens' Day this year cos we made it so! =D And thanks to the kids, our Childrens' Day this year is so meaningful!

Hi, Michelle. Thank you for the Balloon Sculpting session. The children had fun asking the Ballonist to sculpt the animals that they want with the different colours of balloons.

We had Barney-themed parties today! TWO of them! :)

Barney was a hit at both parties and the kids were all having tremendous fun dancing around, singing with, playing games with, and taking photos with Barney!

We also had Facepainting, FOR ALL AGES! :D

and Balloons!

No pictures of Barney for this post though, but do enquire about our Barney mascot if your child likes Barney! It's a BIG hit with the kids from age 2 and even up to age 5!

We had our FIRST paid Magic Show- Magic by Mr Magic, today held at Ashley's birthday party at Pat's Schoolhouse Whitley!

When we first arrived, the kids were already calling out to us as they were all expecting the Magician at Ashley's birthday! It was an awesome party and I'm sure all the kids had a blast! Loud laughters, shocked faces, and non-stop fun, the kids were all great sport during the Magic Show!

And the very nice birthday girl actually gave the Magician and Balloonist some snacks from her Birthday too! And indeed, we're happy knowing the little ones love us too!

And again, another thank-you letter. It makes our day knowing that our clients appreciate our work and that the kids had enjoyed themselves tremendously! :) Especially since it's a new show they had engaged!

We had 2 engagements today! :)

First party was at Pats Schoolhouse for a birthday party, where we had our Barney appearance and Balloon Sculpting! The birthday twins were soooo shy! But the other kids were really spontaneous and enthusiastic over Barney's appearance! Even the kids in the next class came over to join in!

Later in the night, we went to Michelle's friend- Wendy's place. We had arranged to conduct a Closeup Magic techniques (Basics) workshop, for her friend Standy's 16th birthday! Our Magician taught him a rope trick, 4 card manipulation techniques and extra card tricks. I'm sure he enjoyed himself learning the card tricks he'd always been interested in! :)

Learning various card techniques like specific lifts and shuffles..

And rope tricks too!




It was an enriching 1 hour session extended to 1.5 hour! :) But what matters is that Standy had fun!

More Magic shows coming up!

Today, we hosted a party for 2 year old Anthea at NUSS Graduate Club!

This time round, we did Decorations, Balloons sculpting, and Facepainting + Stick-on tattoos!

The decorations done this time round were rather simple- helium balloons of stars and normal round ones.

And we prepared them in bundles to be topped with a star, (this one had been dragged around the room by the birthday girl, so this bundle was looking rather terrible already!)




we tied them to the entrance,

and we used the extras as extra decorations for the nice HAPPY BIRTHDAY banner catered by us for FREE!!

It was a great party! As both adults and kids participated in our balloons sculpting and facepainting! :)


Psssst, NEW PLANS! Michelle's Parties is coming up with a LUCKY DRAW program as one of the possible choices for parents! :) Watch out for this space! :)

Yesterday, we had a big birthday party for the birthday girl Feodosia, whom wore a mermaid dress! Pretty dress on a pretty lil girl! :) It was the best party we'd ever done cos there were so many kids involved! :)

The girls enjoyed the Makeup,
the boys enjoyed the Face/ Handpainting,
all of them enjoyed the Stick-on tattoos,
all of them had fun at the Games,
and all of them had fun with US!

We even received a Thankyou letter from Feodosia's mummy! It's really encouraging knowing that parents like what we've done for their kids' birthday party cos it also makes their money spent, worthwhile! :)

Thanks to you and friends for the great job done at Feodosia's party. The kids had enjoyed themselves very much, especially the girls with all the make-up. Your team was also very accomodating to our last minute needs. Lots of my friends have asked for your contact and commented you were a good host.

My cousin, C, would probably call you up soon for her girl's party next month. Another good news, one of my colleagues (HC) just informed me this morning that her girl took your name card and told her that she wanted the same for her birthday end of the year!

Btw, we looked at the attendance yesterday and the number of kids was 34 actually.

Yesterday, 15 May 2010, our Makeup and Games team hosted a party for Miss Meifong's daughter Amelia! It was a very important party to us as it was our FIRST hosting as this team. But it turned out great, we worked well together, and Amelia and the kids enjoyed themselves alot!

Miss Meifong even dropped Michelle and sms which said "Thanks for making the party a success! We had a great time! And please do remember us! Amelia likes you alot!"

Teehee! Michelle is really glad to get such great feedback! :D
