We had a really fun party at Red Schoolhouse today cos it's Jared's 4th birthday and his mommy engaged our Balloons and Facepainting!!

Psssst, remember 'Tiger boy' from our post on Fundraising event done at the school? It's his birthday! And this time round, he asked for a Dinosaur again! And he also wanted a gun this time round, because soooo many of his friends had guns from our Balloonist! :)

We received a REALLY unique request today, one of the boys wanted Miss Painter to paint "POWER". But he didnt know how power looked like either! So..... Miss Painter decided on this!

In the process....

And the completed product! HE WAS SO PROUD OF IT!

And new updates! We have new guys on our team! WE'RE EXPANDING!! :D And as such, we are going to hold trainings for the new guys, and re-trainings for our present talents, to ensure that we always work best to our commitment to provide PREMIUM QUALITY ENTERTAINMENT! :)

*Pssst, to our lovely clients, we have taken your feedback to great consideration, and are working to make our shows better where you've said it's not ideal yet! :) Thankyou to all so far, for giving us each opportunity to showcase our talents and make the kids happy! :D

No pictures of Barney for this post though, but do enquire about our Barney mascot if your child likes Barney! It's a BIG hit with the kids from age 2 and even up to age 5!

We had our FIRST paid Magic Show- Magic by Mr Magic, today held at Ashley's birthday party at Pat's Schoolhouse Whitley!

When we first arrived, the kids were already calling out to us as they were all expecting the Magician at Ashley's birthday! It was an awesome party and I'm sure all the kids had a blast! Loud laughters, shocked faces, and non-stop fun, the kids were all great sport during the Magic Show!

And the very nice birthday girl actually gave the Magician and Balloonist some snacks from her Birthday too! And indeed, we're happy knowing the little ones love us too!

Photos of Magic show available upon request! And our video is in the process of editting, so that we can show you what WE do for our magic show! Stay tuned!

And again, another thank-you letter. It makes our day knowing that our clients appreciate our work and that the kids had enjoyed themselves tremendously! :) Especially since it's a new show they had engaged!

Thanks Michelle!

The kids had a great time!

Thanks and regards,
Junie

FUNTERTAINMENT PARTIES! had our first interaction with Red Schoolhouse at Shunfu today! It was their Fundaraising event and they had requested for our services- Balloon Sculpting and Facepainting!

Below are some pictures taken from the 2 hour period: (more of Facepainting!)

Transforming into a Spiderman,

Butterflies were really popular, be it a small one;

Or a big one...

Like this!! :D (Look at her happy face!)

Oh look, the Tiger boy with his balloon tiger and balloon dinosaur (T-rex)..

And one of their staff getting their face painted with their school's logo!

In fact, after the event, we received a very pleasant thank-you letter from Teacher Ayu!

Hi Michelle,

Thank you for your assistance with our fund raising event. We collected a total of $1232 including generous donations from friends and our student’s parents.

I’m glad you enjoyed yourself and please extend our gratitude to your fellow colleagues.

We have a parent that enquire about your magic show and balloon sculpting for her daughter upcoming first birthday party. I gave her both your contact and email. Her name is Annie and her daughter’s name is Dione. She will be contacting you soon about the pricing.

Do join the Red SchoolHouse page as we will upload the pictures of the funfair http://www.facebook.com/pages/Thomson-Bishan/Red-SchoolHouse/285843629070

2009 Cambodia Project photos are in the facebook too. Have fun viewing.

Just a little suggestion, maybe you can start compiling photos of your face painting artwork and create a catalogue where customers can select the artwork from the album :)

Cheers,
Ayu

We had 2 engagements today! :)

First party was at Pats Schoolhouse for a birthday party, where we had our Barney appearance and Balloon Sculpting! The birthday twins were soooo shy! But the other kids were really spontaneous and enthusiastic over Barney's appearance! Even the kids in the next class came over to join in!
*For pictures of Barney, email us! :D

Later in the night, we went to Michelle's friend- Wendy's place. We had arranged to conduct a Closeup Magic techniques (Basics) workshop, for her friend Standy's 16th birthday! Our Magician taught him a rope trick, 4 card manipulation techniques and extra card tricks. I'm sure he enjoyed himself learning the card tricks he'd always been interested in! :)

Learning various card techniques like specific lifts and shuffles..

And rope tricks too!

It was an enriching 1 hour session extended to 1.5 hour! :) But what matters is that Standy had fun!

More Magic shows coming up!

We emceed a wedding dinner for Andy and Carol on Sunday at Hyatt Hotel! It was splendid :)

Michelle and MR MAGIC were the emcees, and both enjoyed the crowd and the atmosphere there and we even befriended the photographer!

Emceeing at weddings are fun and really meaningful cos we share the joy of 2 people coming together to form a new family. Well, who says we only interact with kids? :)
